RESERVATIONS

Tours
|
We
do schedule tour times . We cannot change the terms and conditions of
this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST
attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with
identical address.

Reschedule/Cancellation
|
Reschedules
and cancellations for travel dates must be submitted at least 3 full
business days prior to arrival date. Requests for cancellations or
changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. We
will reschedule your presentation one time at no cost.

Refunds
|
We
always request and require travel dates. If by chance dates are
unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a
refund. If
you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase,
you may be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or
stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
