RESERVATIONS

You may place your reservation right after purchasing your package, but your check in date must be a minimum of 3 business days from the date you place your reservation. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If you are traveling to the Orlando area immediately please call so we can rush your reservation. The resort does not tour on Thursdays or Fridays.

If we cannot book your dates, we will offer you a refund or you can keep your package for future use.

Reservations
Tours	We do schedule tour times . We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation	Reschedules and cancellations for travel dates must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. We will reschedule your presentation one time at no cost.
Refunds	We always request and require travel dates. If by chance dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund. If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
